Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to Develop Media Products Raising Awareness and Improving Support for Education and Early Grade Reading

The Northern Education Initiative Plus (The Initiative) implemented by Creative Associates International is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) supporting Bauchi and Sokoto state governments to provide education opportunities and improve reading skills for more than 2 million children.
The Initiative invites interested service providers or multi-media companies to submit their EOI for developing media products to motivate parents to support education for children.
The detailed portfolio will require the use of media such as radio, video and IVR based on evidence to best reach the various target audiences.
The EOI must comprise the following documents:
(a) EOI Submission Form
(b) Short covering letter detailing experience in developing a variety of media products to support Social Behavior Change Campaigns (e.g. radio, print, video and IVR etc) targeted at parents to increase awareness and support for education
(c) Portfolio of cross media products designed for multiple audiences etc
(d) Detailed CV and references
(e) Any official document certifying the legal registration of the entity.

The EOI form can be obtained by emailing procurement@crea-neiplus.com. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Suitably qualified service providers will be contacted by the Northern Education Initiative Plus and required to submit their strategy, work plan (including deliverables and indicative timing) and budget prior to contracting.
These notices do not constitute solicitations. The Initiative reserves the right to change or cancel this EOI or any EOI at any time in the process. Submitting and or responding does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of a solicitation when issued.
Incomplete applications will be ignored. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The Initiative will not reimburse any costs associated with preparation and or submission of their applications.
