INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCESSION OF PARKS AND GARDEN DUTIES OF OYO STATE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND WATER RESOURCES

1. The Government of Oyo State through the State’s Ministry of Environment and Water Resources intends to concede maintenance of Parks and Gardens duties to contractors to facilitate effectiveness of maintenance activities

2. In view of the foregoing, tenders are hereby invited from reputable and qualified Contractors for the maintenance of selected Parks and Gardens in Ibadan Metropolis. They are:
i. State Secretariat Complex Phase 1 (LOT 1)
ii. State Secretariat Complex Phase 2 (LOT 2)
iii. Government House, Presidential Lodge, Chalets, Remembrance Arcade, Wooden Park, Government House – Secretariat’s Gate, Ibadan North Park, Government House – Civic Centre (LOT 3)

3. Conditions for Eligibility
a) Bidders are to obtain bid documents after the payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) only for each of the LOT at Room 21, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Secretariat, Ibadan, from Friday 20th January, 2017 to Thursday 2nd February, 2017 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm each working day
b) Completed Bids are to be returned with the following documents:
i. Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo State
iii. Evidence of Registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement, Oyo State
iv. Tax clearance for two (2) Directors of the Company for three (3) consecutive years
v. Tax clearance of the company for three (3) years
vi. Evidence of acquisition of relevant experience in Parks and Garden Maintenance with a list of Possession of relevant tools and machineries

4. Submission
All valid applications containing the above listed requirements should be enclosed in 12” x 16” envelopes and addressed to the Director (Cabinet), office of the Executive Governor, Secretariat, Ibadan, with the LOT bidded for written at the far left corner of the envelope should be submitted by 4:00pm on or before Thursday 2nd February, 2017.

5. Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of all applicants by the Cabinet Office of the Executive Governor at 2:00pm on Friday 3rd February, 2017
