Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI) intends to award a contract for consultancy services to a registered company to facilitate the following processes:
REGISTRATION
OF PUI WITH CAC: REGISTRATION AND SIGNING OF MOU BETWEEN PUI AND FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND OBTAINING BY PUI OF A CUSTOMS DUTY WAIVER FOR IMPORTATION OF RELIEF ITEMS
COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
• Significant experience in dealing with Government departments and public companies
• Legal Expertise – emphasis in Corporate Law, drawing up legal contracts and MOUs
• Expertise to analyse, synthetize and suggest improvements
• Expertise to organize and manage priorities
• Ability to take initiative and to work autonomously
• Diplomacy, strong negotiation and excellent relational skills
• Experience in consultancy mission desirable
• Knowledge of the Nigerian context is an asset
