INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR APPOINTMENT AS A REVENUE
CONSULTANT TO OYO STATE LIVESTOCK, PRODUCE AND FORESTRY CONTROL POSTS

Presently the State has 23 Control Posts where vehicles conveying Agricultural products
could be intercepted for the collection of embarkation fees (which is nationally accepted) on
Livestock Produce and Forestry products for the State. Some of these control posts needs
updating so as to be in line with the new order of I.G.P i.e. avoiding disturbance to free flow of
vehicle on the highways.
To implement this, the Oyo State Government through the Ministry of Agriculture is inviting
application from any formidable firm ready to partake in the following:
• Putting necessary infrastructures on ground at the twenty-three control posts to prevent
hindrance to free flow of traffic.
• Revenue collection at these points.
Mandatory Documents Required
(i) Full name and country of the registration of the company including contact person and
contact details.
(ii) Company Registration including certificate of incorporation.
(iii) Evidence of Business Premises Registration.
(iv) Last three years audited financial accounts.
(v) Last three years audited financial accounts.
(vi) Proof of access to Finance.
(vii) Evidence of company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years.
(viii) Proposed Operational Model and putting up of infrastructures to prevent hindrance to
free flow of Traffic.
(ix) Proof of experience in this or relevant field.
PARTICIPATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Interested firm should submit proposals including an original hard copy with four additional
hard copies and an electronic copy. These items should be delivered in a sealed envelope not
later than 4pm, on 13th September, 2017 accompanied with a cheque of N50,000.00 only
(non-refundable) made payable to the Oyo State Government to the following address.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
All proposals should be typed- and each page numbered with table of contents. Note that any
submission shall not entitle any interested firm to any claims against Oyo State Government.
