INVITATION TO TENDER
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Management of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) hereby invites reputable and interested Contractors to tender for the following 2017 Capital Projects being carried out by the Council.
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK
Lot 1 – The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Illushi at Esan East LGA, Edo State
Lot 2 – The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Anegbette at Etsako LGA, Edo State East LGA, Edo State
Lot 3 – The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Oladokutt Akuo at Moro LGA, Kwara State
Lot 4 – The Establishment of Automated Records Management System (ARMS) at NSDC Head Office, Abuja
Lot 5 – The Supply of SUV Vehicles for Monitoring NSMP Projects.
(3.0) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Contractors wishing to carry out the above jobs should submit the following:
(i) Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years.
(iii) PENCOM Compliance Certificate.
(iv) ITF Compliance Certificate.
(v) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
(vi) Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the FRCN Act, 2011 (for Lots 1- Lot 4)
(vii) Evidence of Registration with Nigerian Institute of Soil Science (for Lots 1- Lot 3)
(viii) Evidence of previous similar work done.
(ix) The tender should be inclusive of all taxes.
(4.0) TENDER INSTRUCTIONS
Interested Contractors should collect Bid Documents from the Procurement Department of the National Sugar Development Council, after payment of a non¬-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only) per Lot.
(5.0) SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
The completed Tender Documents with a copy of the receipt of Tender Fee shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Lot 1: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Illushi at Esan East LGA, Edo State: Lot 2-: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Anegbette at Etsako LGA, Edo State East LGA, Edo State; Lot 3-: The Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies of Sugarcane Growing Area of Oladokun Akuo at Moro LGA, Kwara State; Lot 4-: The Establishment of Automated Records Management System (ARMS) at NSDC Head Office, Abuja ; Lot 5 -: The Supply of SUV Vehicles for Monitoring NSMP Projects at the top right corner of the envelope and addressed to:

Deadline for the submission of completed tender documents is not later than 12 noon on 9th October, 2017, while the bids will be opened immediately at NSDC Conference Room. Any tender received after this date will not be entertained. NSDC is not bound to accept any tender and would not enter into correspondence with any contractor.
