INVITATION TO TENDER

Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area invites application from suitably qualified and interested contractors with proven competence and experience to submit tenders for the construction of a block of six classrooms at Araromi town via Alaguntan, Ajah, Lagos.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
Prospective bidders are expected to submit:
(i) Verifiable Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Verifiable Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years: 2014, 2015, 2016.
(iii) Verifiable evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement.
(iv) Verifiable Evidence of Financial Support from a suitable bank.
(v) Company profile and Verifiable evidence of Technical Qualification of key Personnel registration with relevant professional bodies.
(vi) Letters of Award and job completion Certificates of Verifiable previous experience of at least 3 years in similar jobs in the last five (5) years.
(vii) Evidence of three (3) years Audited Accounts of the company.
(viii) Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training fund.

SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
(a) Interested Companies should forward six (6) copies of application (containing requirements) in a sealed envelope and addressed to: The Executive Chairman, Eti-Osa East L.C.D.A, Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos.
(b) The completed document should be submitted by hand in the Tenders Box at the office of Procurement, Eti-Osa East L.C.D.A, Km 52, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Sangotedo between the hours of8:00am- 4:00pm on or before 21st September, 2017 upon the payment of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) only, old processing fees.
(c) Only short listed companies shall be contracted and the bid would be opened on 22 September, 2017 in the council hall by 10:00am, and Bidders or their representatives must be present at the event.
Please Note That:
(1) The Local Council is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to reject any or all the documents if found to be fake/incomplete.
(2) Only qualified contractors will be contacted to tender for the projects.
